I was going through my insanely large iPhoto library, looking at old pictures, and reflecting on the life I’ve been blessed to have.
God has been so good to me.
And I could never claim to deserve it.
I am nothing.
But He is everything.
And He’s been good to me.
Anyway, I feel compelled to share my life-in-photos with you.
You’re cringing… I can tell.
It’s like those family reunions when grandpa pulls out the slide projector and there’s a collective sigh heard throughout the entire house.
Please, do not fear.
I will not bore you for hours and hours with my family photos.
No, I’m gonna torture you slowly.
Just a little bit at a time.
For months and months.
Ya ready? ‘Cause here we go!
They learn so young, don’t they? Only 3 and he’s already acting like his daddy. Of course, I don’t think the computer is even on. But he feels important. And little missy over there is just like her mommy. Note the double fisted snack hold? I like how she’s shoveling them into her face all at once. I wonder where she learned this? Hmm…
And this was our first home.
We brought both of our precious babies home from the hospital to this place. Many wonderful memories made here. Most of my children’s “firsts” in fact.
Unfortunately, it didn’t take long for us to outgrow this place. So out came the boxes and in went all the pieces that made up the tapestry of our lives.
Including the children, as you can see.
Well, I hope you enjoyed seeing some of the memories that I’ve come to cherish. And I hope this will prompt you to dwell on some of your fond memories and be reminded of what a blessed life you’ve had, too!
